Delivery and Certificate Issuance Policy

Nature of Delivery: 

• Please note that no physical delivery is involved for the orders or donations made at plantsoil.org.  
• While placing an order please mention you need to share the Certificate recipients name, Email Id, and Special event name such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Inaugurations, Graduation Ceremony, Marriages, Valentine's Day, Housewarming, Baby Shower, Graduation Ceremony, Teacher's Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Women's Day, Friendship Day, Yoga Day, Environmental Day, Cancer Day, Doctor's Day, Engineer's Day, National Youth Day, Earth Day, May Day, Work Anniversary, Corporate events/anniversaries, any others.

Digital Certificate Issuance: 

• A digital certificate will acknowledge your contribution to our plantation program which can be socialized in prominent digital media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Whatsapp.
• The digital certificate will be issued in the name of the donor as provided during the purchase process. 
• Alternatively, the certificate can be issued in the name desired by the donor, as specified during the purchase. 
• The certificate will include the contribution date or the date of the plantation, depending on the program.

Certificate Corrections and Contacting Us: 

• If any mistakes or inaccuracies are found in the issued certificate, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving it. 
• Corrections or adjustments to the certificate will be made by our team.

Reissued Certificates: 

• Upon receiving a request for certificate correction within the specified timeframe, we will make necessary adjustments.
• The reissued certificate will be provided within 72 hours of receiving the correction request. 
• Please note that we will only reissue certificates for mistakes made by our team or due to technical errors on our part.

Certificate Validity and Usage:

•  The digital certificate serves as proof of your contribution towards our plantation program. 
• It does not entitle you to any physical products or additional benefits beyond the acknowledgment of your donation. 
• The certificate is intended for personal or informational purposes and should not be used for commercial or fraudulent activities.
• The certificate is valid minimum of one year or upto the subscribed duration.
