Refund and Cancellation Policy of PlantSoil Vrddhi Foundation

Thank you for supporting PlantSoil Vrddhi Foundation's mission to plant and protect trees. We strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure your satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy regarding the purchase of plants from our organization.
Refunds
- Cancellation before Certificate Issuance: If you decide to cancel your order before we issue the certificate, you may request a refund. We will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe and reimburse the payment through the original method of payment.
- No Refunds after Certificate Issuance: Once we have issued the certificate for your donated plants, we are unable to provide refunds. This is due to the fact that the issuance of the certificate indicates that the planting process has been initiated, and resources have been allocated accordingly.
Cancellations
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order at any time before we issue the certificate. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe.
- Certificate Issuance: Once the certificate has been generated and issued to you, cancellations are no longer possible, and the donation becomes final.
